What you will do in this case? There is actually no any problems with flash but the multiple flash instances causing this Google chrome bug.Now let you know how it fix this issue. To cut to the chase, type "about:plugins" in the location bar, hope it shows you've got more than one version of flash installed in Chrome, click details at the top right or so, disable the one you want to disable (I had two versions, and disable the one whose file path didn't include Chrome), and voila.
