It's your service, dang it. Please Microsoft, Mac Business Unit, VB.NET team, the mail room, whoever. For the good of all that's nearly holy, fix Entourage's integration with Hotmail. It's been broken for over a year. I am getting tired of the good old -18588 error that you can't delete the message from Hotmail -- for nearly every message you receive.
