DuckDuckGo, pick a map, please Looks like DuckDuckGo uses Apple Maps now, but not for directions. I kinda got the feeling they were going all in with Apple from articles like this one from MacWorld... Today, privacy-minded search engine DuckDuckGo announced that it will use the new MapKit JS tool for all its location-based search results. Previously, the site used OpenStreetMap for its results, with a drop-down box kicking you off to Bing, Google, or Here maps if you asked for directions. ... but I guess that's not exactly the case.
